Terms of Service

1. Service provider and customer

Roayea is a hotel rate-intelligence service offered under the Roayea brand. The customer is the business, hotel, owner, manager, or authorized representative that subscribes to or uses the service.

2. What Roayea provides

Roayea collects and presents public hotel rate observations and related market context for configured hotel sets. The service may include an operating calendar, action queue, detailed rate board, market average context, demand markers, exports, and dashboard access for authorized users.

3. What Roayea does not provide

Roayea does not automatically change hotel prices, manage OTA accounts, guarantee ranking on any OTA or metasearch platform, or provide PMS, CRS, RMS, booking-engine, or channel-manager integrations unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

4. Customer responsibilities

• You must provide accurate hotel, competitor, and contact information during onboarding.
• You must only request dashboard access for authorized users.
• You remain responsible for pricing decisions, OTA account changes, and guest-facing rate publication.
• You must not misuse the dashboard, attempt to access another tenant's data, or resell the service without permission.

5. Billing and subscriptions

Roayea Starter is USD $30 billed monthly or USD $252 billed yearly for one hotel account unless otherwise agreed in writing. The selected period renews automatically at the then-current price until canceled. Paddle acts as merchant of record for automatic checkout and may calculate applicable tax and localized currency at checkout. Manual billing may continue for accounts handled through assisted onboarding.

Payment starts the onboarding process but does not automatically create a dashboard user, competitor set, or scrape schedule. Roayea validates and configures the agreed hotel scope before sending an activation or login link.

6. Availability and data limitations

Roayea aims to provide useful and timely market observations, but public rate sources can change, block access, show different rates by geography/device/channel, or temporarily omit inventory. Dashboard data should be treated as decision support, not as a guarantee of exact final bookable price.

7. Confidentiality and tenant isolation

Customer dashboard access is tenant-scoped. Roayea will not intentionally expose a customer's private dashboard configuration or account data to another customer. Public hotel prices observed from public sources may be reused as market observations according to the product's tenant data policy.

8. Termination

You may cancel future renewal through Paddle's customer portal when available or by contacting Roayea for a manually billed account. A scheduled cancellation retains service through the already-paid billing period and takes effect when the subscription is actually canceled. Roayea may limit paid analytics and new collection work after the stated payment grace period, or suspend service for misuse, security risk, or breach of these terms. Login and billing management may remain available to resolve the account.
