3. Payments

Roayea does not store card numbers. Paddle handles automatic checkout as merchant of record. Roayea stores Paddle customer, subscription, transaction, billing-period, renewal, cancellation, and payment-status identifiers needed to reconcile payment, assisted onboarding, tenant access, and customer support.

4. Cookies and local storage

The dashboard may use browser storage for login sessions, filters, and short-lived dashboard cache. This helps keep page navigation fast and preserve the selected tenant, hotel set, channel, device, and source-site view.

5. Sharing

We do not sell customer contact information. We may share information with service providers needed to operate the product, including hosting, analytics serving, billing, authentication, support, and infrastructure providers.

6. Retention and security
